Who we are

ADUB LABS plugins are made by ADUB LABS LLC, Chicago, Illinois, USA. Contact: info@adublabs.com. Orders are processed by our reseller and merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy, whose terms also apply to your purchase.

Your license

When you buy an ADUB LABS plugin you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it. You own the license, not the software. One license key can be activated on up to three computers that you personally use. You can deactivate a computer from inside the plugin to move the license to another one; if a computer is lost or no longer works, write to us and we will reset its activation.

What you may do

• Use the plugin for any personal or commercial music, audio, film, broadcast or other production. Your recordings and mixes are yours; no royalties or credits are owed to us.
• Install the plugin and keep backups of the installer for your own use.

What you may not do

• Share, sell, rent or publish your license key, or let others use it beyond your three activations.
• Redistribute the installer, or modify, reverse-engineer or bypass the license protection of the software, except where the law expressly allows it.

Trial

The free trial gives full functionality for 14 days on one computer. After it ends, the plugin keeps running with a short periodic level dip until a license is activated.

Activation and internet

Activating a license needs an internet connection. After activation the plugin works offline; it checks in briefly about once a week when a connection is available and keeps working for at least 30 days without one.

Updates

Your purchase includes all updates within the same major version (for example 1.x). Upgrades to a new major version may be offered at a discount.

Warranty and liability

The software is provided “as is”. We work hard to make it reliable, but we cannot guarantee it will be free of errors or compatible with every system. To the extent permitted by law, ADUB LABS LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the price you paid. Please use the free trial to make sure the plugin works on your system before buying.

Termination

The license ends if you breach these terms, or if your payment is refunded or charged back. You must then stop using the software.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA, without limiting any consumer rights you have where you live.
